Shipping policy

For all orders, we will send you tracking information in an email once your order has left the warehouse. If you believe that your order is lost or stolen please reach out to us at info@nikovian.com. We review lost packages case by case. In the event that we've reviewed your case and find that it was lost / stolen we will reship the package or provide store credit if we are out of stock. We are not able to provide any refunds on lost or stolen packages.

If you have a confirmed delivery and the package has not been received at your desired location signified on the order, we ask that you notify us within 14 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • If you are purchasing outside the United States you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

  • We operate a standard product pricing policy, meaning that customers are charged the same prices in the currency of the website irrespective of where they live. We are unable to deduct VAT.
  • As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
